How do I create a company profile?
Select ‘Register’ in the menu and enter all the required details.
I want to add a new branche to my existing profile. How do I do that?
Log in and select the ‘Add company’ tab.
Is the login dashboard available in several languages?
Yes. When logging in, you can select Dutch, German or English by clicking on one of the flags at the top of the website.
I want to delete an entire company profile. How do I do that?
This is not something you can do yourself. Send an e-mail to [email protected], attn. Website Editors, and provide the name of the company, including the reference number.
I forgot my username or password. How do I request a new one?
Your username is the e-mail address of the contactperson. You can request a new password by clicking on ‘Forgot password’ at the top right of the website. Enter your e-mailaddress and click on ‘Reset’. Your login details will be sent directly to this e-mail address. After you have logged on you can set your own password.
The contact person who managed the listing no longer works at our company and the e-mail address used is no longer active/terminated. What now?
Send an e-mail to [email protected] and provide the name of the new contact personand his or her e-mail address. We will create new login details and send them directly to the e-mail address of the new contact person.
Our company is active in the Shipping, Groupage by Sea, Groupage by Road, Rhine-Inland Shipping or Railway Traffic sectors. How do I list the ports and destinations?
Send an e-mail to [email protected] and you will be given access to the relevant sections. A listing that includes approximately 100 ports and destinations costs 245 euros per year per section (as from 2019)
Is a company profile free?
A company profile with address, manager names and a maximum of four sectors is always free of charge. Click here for an example

Where do I find ports and destinations?
- Enter the port, destination or country you are looking for in the search field under the pictogram for the relevant mode of transport. Next, click on ‘Search’ and a list of companies that serve that destination will be shown. A map number with coordinates will be shown after the destination. Click on this and a pop-up window with the relevant country map will appear.
- Alternatively, you can open a country index and click on the relevant destination in the list.
How do I search for Shipping companies or ports?
On the homepage, click under ‘Shipping’ on one of the options. The list is organised in the same way as it was organised in the Rotterdam Transport Handbook.
How do I search for Groupage by Sea companies or ports?
